PAMELA LILLIAN ISLEY
YOUR NAME : TWIST
CHARACTERS : Scarecrow, Poison Ivy
- - - - - - - - - - - -
FULL NAME: Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley
ALIAS: Poison Ivy
GENDER: female
AGE: 28
SIDE: villain
PHOTO REFERENCE:
OCCUPATION : Underground botanist, selling plants anonymously to local flower shops.
RESIDENCE: Robinson Park
REASON FOR BEING: Poison Ivy is a new form of an environmentalist. She has a devote love for plants and vegetation, to the point where her humanity is on the line. She tends to show her hatred deeply for society and the world, which kill her precious “children”. Her drive for saving all of her plants and the plants of the world is driving her to become something… inhuman.
DESCRIPTION: Porcelain skin has been replaced by a beautiful, yet eerie, green. Her blood long ago ran dry into chlorophyll. Her red hair falls in huge, thick waves down her back. She always has been, and still is, a tall woman. Her body is curvy, but in a way that is almost too distracting. She tends to wear only a dress of thick ivy vines, wrapped around her body tight, but thick enough to cover any skin. Her eyes, of course, are a dark green, but there can be hints of pink, purple, or red, resembling her flowers’ colors. She keeps her lips covered in red lipstick… and poison.
ALTER-EGO: Poison Ivy’s alter ego has ultimately taken her over. She no longer can distinguish between herself and Ivy any more, only at certain small moments. Her alter ego is sexier, more dangerous, cleverer, and more of a heartless creature than the human Pamela used to be. Ironically, it seems like Pamela has become the alter ego, not Poison Ivy.
PERSONALITY: Ivy is very moody. She becomes obsessed with things easily, and tends to have very simple emotions, as her humanity has slowly slipped away, making her a monstrous shell of a person. She loves to torture, mentally and emotionally, but her torture of men is her favorite. She wears skimpy outfits for a reason, guys. In fact, she tends to believe that women should embrace their bodies as tools to control men.
LIKES: plants, life, love, romance novels, feminism, Batman
DISLIKES: death, Scarecrow, being bullied, men in general, gangsters
ABILITIES: With such a unique anatomical makeup, Ivy of course developed powers. As of now, she can control all plants and manipulate them, even make them grow at unusual areas. In addition, she also has what is called "The Ivy Kiss", a toxin on her lips that she LOVES to kill men with.
GOAL IN LIFE: Pamela reaches for the goal of one day ridding the world of humans and letting plants rule Earth. She believes in this fully, and has even told her theories to other villains before.
FAMILY: Parents of unknown names and origins, presumed to be dead.
HISTORY: Not much is known about Pamela Isley as a child. She grew up with wealthy and emotionally distant parents, and soon grew up and went off to student advanced botanical biochemistry under Dr. Jason Woodrue. Isley, a timid, shy girl, was easily seduced by her professor. After convincing her to comply, Woodrue injected Isley with poisons and toxins as an experiment, causing her transformation. She nearly died twice as a result from these poisonings, which drove her insane. Later Woodrue fled from the authorities, leaving Isley in the hospital for six months. Enraged at the betrayal, she began to suffer from violent mood swings, being sweet one moment and like poison the next. When her boyfriend had a car accident after mysteriously suffering from a massive fungal overgrowth, Isley drops out of school and leaves Seattle, eventually settling in Gotham City. After beginning her crime wave as a threat against humanity, with her bargain being the health of all plants, Batman thwarted her and incarcerated her. She soon became obsessed with him, developing her powers to one day face him. She developed plant-like superpowers and a lethal toxin on her lips. After being broken out of prison by her enemy, Floronic Man (Jason Woodrue), she turned him in for money. With that money, she settled underneath Robinson Park… but now alone. After a natural disaster destroyed an orphanage, she took in six of its tenants, treating them as her own children. Her humanity really came out then. After accidentally poisoning one of the orphans after a lash out at a trespasser, known as Scarecrow, she gave up the orphans to the state and secluded herself underground. She has been growing the flowers in Robinson Park from underneath the ground, and has been secretly dropping them off (anonymously) to flower shops. Insanity has crept back into her mind, and she’s ready to attack again…
